Thanks for this lesson. Will it be the same, instead of [食べれない物ある?] to ask [何が食べれない?]

As you already understand, 食べれない物ある? means “Is there anything that you can’t eat?”
But 何が食べれない? means “What can’t you eat?” I guess it sounds strange as the first question in English, too.
You can ask it when you’d like to know more specifically.
Example:
Person A: 食物アレルギーがあるから、なかなか外食できないんですよ。
        - I have food allergies, so it’s difficult for me to eat out.
Person B: そうなんですね。 何が食べれないんですか?
– I see. What can’t you eat?

Does it make sense?

By the way, 食べれない basically should be 食べられない. Dropping ら is called ら抜き and it’s considered grammatically wrong. It’s permissible in daily conversation, but people who care about grammar don’t use ら抜き.
You can use it, but I added this because it is good for learners to know how to use it correctly.

[じゃあ一緒に行こうよ] Is the い that follow the に just extended so it would be more like にい。I know the い is in the word 行こうよ but just want to make sure that I’m not miss hearing it.

I guess it sounds like extending for you since she pronounced い a bit weaker.
If she pronounced it a little more strongly, the boundary between “に” and “い” would be more distinct.
People who don’t pronounce い strongly tend to pause after に so that they can make い sounds more clearly.
