Bit off topic but saw something on Yuta’s twitter, do Japanese really not use kana input?
I’ve been using it for months now as I thought kana input was standard so stopped using romaji input as I wanted to get used to typing Japanese on a Japanese keyboard but like does no one actually use it?
Younger people probably prefer romaji input, but some use kana input.
It is hard to learn all the kana keys, but it is faster than romaji input.
So, if you are comfortable with kana input, I suggest you continue it.
