If we have an i-adj we don’t use だ after right?
Like みたいだけど
We can’t say かわいいだけど
We say かわいいけど Right?

xxxみたい is not an adjective. It’s an auxiliary verb or a helping verb.
We say xxxみたいだけど.

But you are right about i-adjectives.
(i-adjective) + けど

Why did he say てくださるって it doesn’t make sense. てくれる means to do something for someoen and if hes the one speaking it would be really weird using くれる for an action hes doing for Someone eles so this sentence is confusing Because when ur doing something for someone eles it would be てあげる

>てくれる means to do something for someone.

ー No, xxxてくれる indicates someone does something for you, or someone does something for another person.
If you do something for another person, you can say xxxてやる or xxxてあげる.

来てくれる means “someone bothers to come for you, and you appreciate it.”
Here, the speaker says Mr. Sato bothers to come to talk with Ito and Sasaki.

Sorry that’s what I meant to say but I’m not following ito tells Sasaki boss man wanna talk to him but she then says 来てくださるって this marks it as a quote so my question was why would boss man use てくれる here for an action he is doing to someone eles he would have said 来てあげる so I’m confused because of that

I think you misunderstand the situation.
If you read the introduction of the situation, you understand Ito and Sasaki are co-workers.
Ito got a message for Sasaki from Mr. Sato, presumably through the phone.
And she is trying to convey the message to Sasaki. They are in the same room.
Guessing from their conversation, Mr. Sato is older and superior to them.
来てくださるって means “Mr. Sato said he would come to your desk to talk to you.”

I’m sorry im still not following Sato is sending the message saying he will go to where they are at which is 行く from Sato so ik confused why they are quoting him saying 来てくださる if Sato said he will go towards someone eles it would be 行く maybe. I’m overthinking if so sorry. I’m not grasping it

Yes, I think you’re just overthinking. It’s simple.
From Sato’s point of view, he will go (行く) to where Sasaki and Ito are.
And from Sasaki and Ito’s point of view, Sato will come (来る) to their place.

Situation 4:
イトウ:話(はなし)があるって。サトウさんが。
って -> 誰かに聞いた? その(って)の使い方教えていただけますか

イトウ:あの、来(き)てくださるって。
くださる = くれる?

xxxって here is used when you convey someone’s message or quote what the other person said.

The complete form of 話(はなし)があるって。サトウさんが。is,
サトウさんが話があるって言ってるよ。
– Mr. Satou says he wants to talk to you.

くださる is an honorific word for くれる.

Hi!
Regarding situation 2, I understand the meaning of ‘なんかあんの?’ as a whole but what is ‘あん’?

あん is an informal form of ある, in the same way as なんか is for なにか.
Here it means “to happen; to occur; (used for objects)” as explained above.

If you rephrase it in the more usual way, it is なにかあるの?

They are co-workers. There is an explanation of the situations at the beginning of each conversation. Please refer to those before listening. Thank you!

Hi! Could you tell me please, who is asking for a favor in the last example – てくださる? I thought Ito does, but the translation sais it is Sasaki san.

来(き)てくださるって→(さとうさんが)来てくださるって The subject is Sato san. Sato san is coming for Sasaki san.
