It seems that Aya happened to see Yukari the other day.

アヤ：あ、ちょっとユカリ。

アヤ：あ、ちょっとユカリ。

Aya: Hey, Yukari.

ユカリ：何(なに)？

Yukari: What?

アヤ：ユカリを見たんだけどさ。この前。

Aya: I saw you. The other day.

でしょ a colloquial form of でしょう; it seems; I think; I guess; isn't it?

Yukari: Yeah, it sure was …!

Aya: Thought so.

ユカリ：でも、おいしいの！それ以上に！

Yukari: Yeah, but in any case, the food's really delicious!

おいしい delicious; tasty
以上 いじょう more than; mentioned above; since - In this sentence, Yukari means that the food is worth more than the money.

アヤ：へえ～。

Aya: Yeah?

ユカリ：もう、あのシェフ！あの人が、かなりすごい。

ユカリ：もう、あのシェフ！あの人(ひと)が、かなりすごい。

Yukari: That chef! He's pretty amazing.

れる a colloquial form of ことができる; can; be able to

Yukari: And everything tastes great …!

Yukari: Seems that he already wants to leave Japan. The chef.
