Why does this line:
…just have the ” って。” at the end,
but this line:
…ends in ” だって。”
?

I do understand because it is a bit tricky. I’ve explained just before now.
Please take a look!

In casual reported speech, we use って instead of と.

= Ken is saying he needs your help.
↓(more casual)
= Ken is saying he needs your help.

In this video,
They are saying nobody is living there.

They are saying that it looks like somebody is living there.

Hope it helps!

In:

What does the “った” mean?

Is it similar to “って”?

Ladd-sensei

持ってったかな is a colloquil verion of 持って行ったかな.
Does it make sense? If any questions, please let me know.

Why is だって added to the end of:
And is that ending needed or optional?
Thanks!

って is a colloquial form of と言(い)う (sb/sth says that…), と聞(き)く ( I hear that); っていうこと(it means that).

This endingってis needed because Yuki heard that some people said that somebody seems living the house.

If you say,
It is your speculation.

Inrefence to a previous question the order doesnt matter too much is that correct? Like for example would 問題の一つ目? be correct? or is the first 1 just sounds more natural?
