What’s the difference between 呼ぶ and 誘う? 誘う was used in situation 2, line 7.

Situation 2, line 12, まあ、桜がほんとに一週間で咲くか、だよね was translated as “it depends on whether or not the cherry blossoms actually bloom in a week, right?” But where is it implied that it depends on that?
Oh wait I might have figured it out. Is “depends” implied with the use of ほんとに and か (in 咲くか)? I can’t really explain why I think that, but that’s just what it seems to me. Is this correct?

Situation 2, third line from the bottom, I don’t understand what 合わせて means in. 桜は僕たちの計画に合わせて咲いてくれませんよね. I’m just not really familiar with that word. I looked up 合わせる and 合わせて on Jisho but the results didn’t really help me understand.

Situation 2, second line from the bottom, what does 見ながら mean? I don’t think I’ve ever seen 見る conjugated like this.

誘う means to invite someone to do something together.
呼ぶ means to call someone to join a place where an event is going to be held.

That’s right. You seem to have a good instinct.

It means “Cherry blossoms don’t bloom according to our plan, do they?”
When you look up a word, you should find the basic form.
It’s 合う. It means “fit, match, go well”

verb + ながら means “while doing something,” or do something different at the same time.”
