Tomoka and Miki, second-year high school students, are talking before the high school graduation ceremony.

トモカ：きちんと先輩に思いを伝えようよ。
- きちんと precisely; accurately; neatly
- 思いを伝える to tell (somebody) your feeling; in this context, it means to tell Sempai that Miki likes him.
ミキ：でも、卒業まで一週間だよ。先輩は私のこと知らないかもしれないし。
トモカ：そんなの関係ないよ！きちんと大好きって言おうよ！
- 大好き to love; to like very much
ミキ：いきなり「大好きです」って伝えるのはおかしいでしょ？
- いきなり suddenly; without notice
- おかしい funny, amusing; strange, weird
トモカ：おかしいかな？まぁ、いきなり言われたら先輩困っちゃうかもね。
ミキ：連絡先教えてもらいたいな。
- 連絡 connection, contact; 連絡する to contact
- 連絡先 contact information
トモカ：連絡先っていうと、LINE？
- LINE a popular messenger app in Japan
ミキ：うん、どうしたらいいかな？
トモカ：やっぱり直接頼むべきだね。
- 頼む to ask; to order
- ～べき must; should (it could be a mild form of command in spoken Japanese): 日本に行くべし。You should go to Japan; 日本に行くべきだと思う。I think I should go to Japan
ミキ：だよね。直接頼むべきだよね。
トモカ：頑張って！

南：全員揃うと１０人ですね。
- 揃う to become complete; to be all present; to make a full set; to be equal; to be collected
田所：うん、全員揃うといいけど、多いから難しいかな。
南：どこに行くとか具体的に計画はしてるんですか？
- 計画 project, schedule, plan; 計画する to plan
田所：まだ全然。みんなの意見を聞きながら計画しようと思うよ。
南：ありがとうございます。佐々木さんはもう誘いました？
田所：いや、まだ。
南：これから会うので伝えておきますね。
田所：ありがとう。

敬語では、「言いましょうよ」
As for「やっぱり直接頼むべきだね」
you can use「～べき」in written form as well, like「頼むべきです。」
