e.g.

=I watched the anime, so I don’t want to watch it today.

Hi, I just had a few questions.
Why is “けど” used in ラーメンだけど? It can’t mean but/although right?
How does “私が悪いみたい” translate to “You say that like it’s my fault.”? I thought it would be, it seems like I’m bad?
For “ちょっと”, how does it translate to I can’t make it? Is it like saying I’m a little (busy) on saturday?
けど here implies the speaker is waiting for the other’s intention.
So, ラーメンだけど means “I’m eating ramen. Why are you asking that?”
By adding けど, the speaker can suggest they want to hear the reason why they are asked.

She should’ve said:
「ひどい」？ まるで私が悪いみたいな言い方ね。
ー “Mean”? You make it sound like it’s my fault. (The way you put it, it sounds like I’m wrong.)
ごめん、土曜日はちょっと is an unfinished sentence, too.
It should be 土曜日はちょっと都合が悪い。
ー This Saturday is inconvenient for me. (I’m not available this Saturday.)
※ 都合(つごう)が悪い ー inconvenient
ちょっと in this usage implies you can’t solve or deal with something easily.
It’s used when you have to say “no” to an invitation or request for a reason that you can’t adjust by yourself.
Example:
Customer: 値引きしてもらえますか？ ー Can I get a discount?
Clerk: すみません。ちょっと難しいです。ー I’m sorry, but I’m afraid not.
(It implies the clerk is not the one who can decide to give a discount.)
※ 値引き(ねびき) ー discount
※ ちょっと難しい ー a polite way of saying “I can’t do that.”
