Let’s say if I wanted to ask a helper at a clothing store if they have any different sizes for this shirt what would I say?
Also would I say 中型シャツ for medium size T-shirt, 大型シャツ, and 小型シャツ. And if I wanted to just say ____ T-shirts would I say _____ T-シャツ?
And let’s say if someone asks me if I need help looking for something what would they usually say when I go shopping?

Okay, those are important questions.
You can say:
もっと大きいサイズはありますか？ ー Do you have this in a bigger size?
もっと小さいサイズはありますか？ ー Do you have this in a smaller size?
We don’t say 小型, 中型, 大型 for shirts
We have roughly XS (extra small), S (small), M (medium), L (large) and XL(extra large).
It varies depending on brands, but the table below may be helpful.:

For example, if you buy a man’s shirt, the Japanese L-size would be 38 in the U.S.
I think it’s best to simply try it on, though.
Clerks would ask you:
何(なに)かお探(さが)しですか？ ー The literal meaning is “Are you looking for something?”,
but it means “Is there anything we can help?”
