斉藤：うん。
鈴木：うちでは難しそうなことだったんです。
斉藤：それで、なんて言ったの？
鈴木：正直に、頼まれてもできないですって。

Suzuki: I honestly said that we couldn't do it even if we were asked.
斉藤：そう言っちゃったの？
鈴木：はい。そしたら、お客様が怒ってしまって…。
斉藤：そりゃ怒るよ。言い方を失敗したな。

鈴木：はい。ひどい対応をしてしまいました。

Suzuki: Yes. I responded terribly (I ende up responding terribly).
斉藤：まあ、そんなに気にするな。次、言い方だけ気を付ければいいよ。

Saito: Come on, don't worry about it so much. Next time, you should just be careful with how you speak.
鈴木：分かりました。
斉藤：気にしすぎるのもよくないしさ。お客さんの顔色。
