For situation 1, what is the difference between いくらする？ and いくらですか？
They mean the same.
It’s like “How much does it cost?” and “How much is it?”
For situation 3: I am trying to understand why the response was “もう少し仕事していきます” instead of “もう少し仕事をしています’. Would those two essentially mean the same thing? Is there some nuance/difference between the two?
The two are completely different.
xxxしていきます indicates the speaker’s willingness to continue what they are doing.
So もう少し仕事をしていきます means “I’m going to work a little more.”
xxxしています is the present progressive.
It means “be doing xxx right now.”
仕事をしています means “I’m working (right now)” or “I’m doing my job (right now)”.
The sentence もう少し仕事をしています doesn’t make sense.

まだ仕事してる (informal) means “I’m still working.”
It explains the speaker’s or someone’s situation.
まだ仕事します means “I’m still going to work.”
It indicates the intention.
The second sentence works in the situation.
The first one sounds a bit odd since it’s so obvious that he doesn’t have to explain he’s still working.
It would work if he said that to someone who can’t see him working on the phone.
