Kojima: Almost every day? That's amazing. What sort (of food) do you cook?
佐藤：最近はパンを作ってます。
小島：ご自分でパンを？材料を買ってですか？

Kojima: You make bread by yourself? By buying the ingredients?
佐藤：はい。材料買ってきて、自分で作って焼くんです。

Sato: Yes. I buy the ingredients, then make and bake it by myself.
小島：大変そうですね。
佐藤：意外と楽しいですよ。自分で作って焼くの。

Sato: Making and baking it by yourself is surprisingly fun.

母：今日行ってきたら？ちょうど時間あるんだし。
タケシ：今日行くのは面倒だな。また今度行くよ。

Takeshi: Going today would be a pain. I'll go another time.
母：えー。すぐ行ったらいいのに。

Mother: Aww. Even though you should go (it would be nice if you went) right away.
タケシ：むしろ、このまま肩まで伸ばしてみようかな。

Takeshi: Or rather, maybe I'll try let it grow out to my shoulders.
母：えー、これ以上伸ばすの？
タケシ：うん。どう思う？
母：短い髪の方が合うと思うけど。タケシは。

Mother: I think short hair looks better on you, though, Takeshi.
タケシ：そう？じゃあ、面倒だけど短くしてくるよ。

Takeshi: Really? Then I'll go and make it short, even though it's a pain.
