Hi ! Two questions this time 🙂

In the sentence じゃあ今いま、作つくるよ。カオリのも。
How can we know he is telling her he will do the coffee, and not that she should do it herself ?

And in 映画えいが行いってきます。
Why いった is not enough ? Why add きます ?

作る here means “I’m going to make (something)” It refers to an intention.
The sentence means “I’ll make my coffee and yours, then.”

行きます would be enough, but 行ってきます literally means “I’m going (somewhere) and come back.” The speaker may want to come back and share her opinion about the movie.

This sentence: 日曜日、何するんですか?

Can we know if past or next one just from the sentence? (it’s the opening one in the conversation)

何するんですか? means ‘What are you going to do?’ — it’s used to ask about plans. So if someone just says 日曜日, it usually means ‘this coming Sunday.

If the speaker was implying a past action then the verb “to do” which in this sentence is する would be in its past form した. If it was a question about the past it would be more like 先週の日曜日、何したんですか?

Yes, した is the past form of する. So, you can ask 何したんですか? (What did you do?)
