What’s the difference between 全部 and 全然? Do they both mean “all” or is there some kind of different connotation between them?

全部 can be used in both an affirmative and negative sentence.
In affirmative sentences it means “all” or “everything,”
but in negative sentences, it typically means “none” or “nothing.”

Examples:
クッキーを30枚買いましたが、一日で全部食べてしまいました。
– I bought 30 cookies, but I ended up eating them all in one day.

あの人の全部が好きじゃないです。
– I don’t like anything about that person.

全然 means “at all” and is basically used in negative sentences.
Example:
なぜ母がそんなに怒っているのか全然分かりません。
– I don’t understand at all why my mother is so angry.

However, in slang, it can be used in affirmative sentences to mean “very” or “totally.”
Example:
全然いいよ!
– That’s totally fine!

Hope this makes sense.

About situstion 2.
ユウコ:私も持ってる。おんなじの。
What is the diference between ‘おんなじの’, and ‘おなじの’; are both correct?, is one more colloquial, or feminine?
Thanks.

Yes, おんなじ and おなじ are both correct.
おんなじ is a casual form of おなじ.
Some words become more casual by adding ん.

For example:
皆(みな) → みんな - everyone
あまり → あんまり – not much
