Is is more common to ask “予定入ってる?” vs “何か予定がある?”. Is there some subtle difference between the two?

The subject of 予定がある？ is the person. It corresponds to “Do you have (any) plans?”
This phrasing focuses on whether the person has a plan or not.
On the other hand, the subject of 予定入ってる？ is the plan (or scheduling) itself.
It corresponds to “Is anything scheduled?” or “Is your schedule booked?”
This phrasing focuses on whether there is an opening in the person’s schedule.
